Apples, pears, berries and more! Every community has an untapped abundance to provide to the hungry. Harvest Ninja connects these dots by gathering a group of “harvest ninjas” to pick local produce.

Liam Kivirist founded Harvest Ninja in 2012, reaching out to families in his rural Green County, Wisconsin, community to join him. The produce gathered is then donated to the Loaves & Fishes Community Meal, a monthly free meal for the hungry and for those in need of companionship. From 2012 to 2017, Harvest Ninja donated over 5,000 pounds of produce.
